“Great location, could use some maintenance”

Town Inn Suites is a decent value for what you will pay. The people who worked there were very nice and accommodating. The indoor pool and sauna are nice amenities that are rare in downtown Toronto, especially for this price. The location was absolutely impeccable. Close to everything that we needed/wanted and easy access to two subway lines. The room was comfortable and convenient.The room itself could use some renovation, new wall paper, new bathroom tile, new carpet, and new dishes to say the least. If you are going for glamor, this is not the place for you. If you are aiming for convenience and cost efficiency, stay here.

“Pleasantly surprised!”

After reading the reviews I was a bit scared of this place. However, when I saw my room it was huge! So much space I didn't know what to do. I stayed in 702. Bed was comfy. Maybe a couple of stains on the carpet. But for that price and such a big space the imperfections were overshadowed. For all those whining in the reviews, this isn't a 4 star 500$ night hotel. There will be some cosmetic issues, but that location, space, kitchen, dining room, separate living room,pool I'll take this hotel for that price over n expensive 4star. My only negative is having to pay for Internet.

Area recommendations

All around Church and Yonge are cafes, resturaunts, and bars. It's a mellow feel yet something to do. Subway is a block away.

“Who knew "cheap" hotels could be so expensive ?”

General condition and cleanliness of the hotel made me think of booking elsewhere (even if that would mean pay for my stay twice). I usually don't mind about condition, but when it comes to lack of cleanliness, it is really hard to keep being satisfied. Particularly when the hotel is only cheap in its look... By the way, forget the wifi : 12 $/day for an unstable connection (I spent more time trying to get connected than using it). Only one recommendation : avoid this place !!!

“Nice setup but extra charges”

We had a 1 bedroom suite and it was a good sized room and 2 blocks from Subway. Not happy about everything as an extra cost though, $22 parking, $12 WIFI, breakfast a rip off (not buffet or eat as much as you like). Good to have a balcony.

“Value for Money”

If you want to stay in Toronto Downtown within a low budget for a week, this is the place. Near to Subway station. Lots of restaurants near by. The hotel room furniture is bit old (though the beddings are new).

Helpful and friendly staff and a handy location to the Museums and Galleries make up, a bit, for a hotel that is pretty run-down and generally in need of a major make-over.

“coonvenience with economy”

This hotel is located five minutes from one of Toronto's major intersections and shopping districts, with access to both subway lines less than five minutes walk. Twenty minute walk to the Eaton Center. For those who want to use the in-suite kitchen, there is a grocery store two blocks away, and for those who don't there are ;plenty of restaurants. It is clean, but decor needs upgrades. Not a fancy place, but clean.

“i strongly do not recommend this hotel”

Peeling paint, applianves not functional such as stove, fridge in room with shelves falling. Hotel is very poorly maintained. Took couple of attempts to find a room.that didn't smell I am a frequent business traveler and in my opinion... this is among the few delapitated hotels I've stayed in over 20+ years.
