"The hotel is in a good location, unfortunately we only had our room cleaned once while staying four nights. The room was always pretty warm, I also requested to switch rooms because we had a door that had access to another room but they denied my request saying that they didn’t have any more rooms. We were awakened by the next door guest alarm every morning and snooze at least twice. For the price you are paying for this hotel, you should get better service. The swimming pool was dirty. I won’t recommend this hotel, look for another place."

"I had an unexpected trip out to Cincinnati because my elderly mother went to a trip and got sick and I had to fly out to get her. I took her to stay at this hotel for a day and a half while we waited for our flight to fly out, she rested recuperated and we went downstairs to the restaurant whenever we needed to eat it was absolutely lovely. It was a beautiful place to stay and we were so grateful for how kind and caring everyone on the staff was."

"I booked the hotel because of its name Marriott. Upon entering, the customer service was poor, and the rooms had ants. I reported this to the staff, and they said, "Yes, we know the whole building has ants." There is no customer service. We asked for tiles and linens, and we had to wait until the next day for linens and come get our tiles ourselves. There is no friendly staff service, which was very disappointing."

"We had a wonderful weekend at The Urban Oasis. The house was cute and as advertised, which is always a pleasant surprise. It had a nice backyard with convenient parking. It was enjoyable to have some games in the living room for guests. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. They responded quickly to any emails and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a good weekend. The house is conveniently located to Downtown Cincinnati. It is a great location for any activities in The Queen City."

"Beautiful home in the coolest little neighborhood. Close to attractions and walking distance to foods, taverns and boutique type shops. Safe and friendly area. Our teen boys enjoyed being able to walk around without chaperoning. We travel to Cinci area frequently and would definitely consider booking again. Communication was excellent, check in and out was super easy. 5 stars for the Doctor’s Retreat- which has a great story behind its name. "
