"The hotel is immaculate and very ornate! There is a 'NCP' type of car park (under the Scandic Parken Hotel) only 30 seconds walk from the hotel and an overnight cost is 250 krone which is very convenient. "Check in and check out were a bit problematic During check in we were assured that a room would be ready soon. We waited almost an hour and finally had to ask again and were told the room had been ready except no one told us At check out, the clerk failed to bill us for a meal and we wound up having to pay by credit card while we were elsewhere. A bit of confusion during the communications between us. Ultimately resolved. The hotel itself is great and we ahd a very plesant three day stay"
