Property has a beautiful view of the harbor. Lovely lobby with excellent staff. Walking distance to the cruise terminal.

Excellent top of the line hotel. In the most convenient location between the Rocks and the Opera. The best place to stay for sightseeing. Amazing view of the bridge and harbor from our room-definitely get the full harbour view and request high floor for the best views. Breakfast was outstanding-the was nothing that they didn’t have!
Staff here were knowledgeable and very accommodating. I had a medical issue come up. Staff arranged for House Doctor to FaceTime me within minutes. Within one hour I had antibiotics and pain medication on board.
My room was impeccably clean and had everything that I needed. I wish the vanity in the bathroom would be larger. The staff was extremely polite. Overall, my stay at this hotel met my expectation for the Four Seasons.
Fantastic room with full harbor view. I appreciated that I could occupy my room even with an early arrival. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I loved the chocolate koala egg delivered to my room for Easter. The bar, restaurant and room service were all top notch. Bed was very comfortable. I liked resting on the window seat as well. Fantastic location. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
I liked the fact is it so close to the cruise terminal, we stayed in the Four Seasons hotel before and after our 2 weeks Australia Celebrity Cruise, so convenient!!!!

This was my second time staying at the Four Seasons. The service and staff are consistent in their professional excellence. I recall going out for lunch, requesting housekeeping while at lunch, and upon return to my room following lunch, the room was redone beautifully to perfection.

Renovated room was fine and VERY well serviced daily, including nightly turndown service.
Restaurant food at Mode was superb, as was the service. Havig said this, the dining room facilities were very dated. Everything else was great, including easy access to waterfront facilities.

The view was just breathtaking and the staff were amazing.
Thank you for the special little extras you surprised us with too, we really did appreciate it, especially as our anniversary.
We hadn't stayed at this location for over 30 years when it was managed by the Regent Hotel and Four Seasons lived up to our expecctations.

Lovely hotel, very prompt service all round and the food was lovely and fresh, room service was excellent. We loved our window view of The Sydney Harbour and Opera House.
My only complaint was in the spa, my daughter and I had a pedicure and the woman doing it was very rough with our feet, something I have not experienced before.
