“The best Hotel in Sydney!!!!”

The Hotel was great, We booked through Expedia but found the room we booked was on the city side with a veiw of the car park. We asked to change to a harbour view room and was charged accordingly but not excessivley. The hotel is situated in the best possible place, close to all amenities. Would only ever book this hotel on a return trip to Sydney.

“Pleasant stay”

Very enjoyable stay, staff all were excellent, slight downfall was my wife left a nightie, rang the day after and it was not seen again.

“View to Darling Harbour”

The four points by Sheraton is close to CBD and Darling Harbour,about two blocks,and three blocks from Victoria Gallery.Room service was exellent.and front desk always ready to help.During week end the buffet dinner with a table of seafood was superb.

Excellent service especially at the front desk always someone available to ask a question. Food was good and delivered promptly to the room.

Beautiful hotel with excellent customer service! My only complaint is that you could hear every thing that was going on outside your door ie. cleaning staff servicing rooms and random conversations.

Could not beleive that other people had written negative reviews on this hotel. If their expectations were not met then they must bt the Sheraton then they need assistance, true Will stay at this hotel again & recomend without hesitation Thanks Sheraton :-)

“Outstanding stay”

Four Points at Darling Harbour had outstanding customer service! I'm in the hospitality business so I'm a harder customer than most, but the entire staff, from bellman to concegaire to front desk staff went out of their way to assist you and take care of anything you needed. Definitely would stay there again and the location was fantastic as well!

Door problem which was addressed straight away and with us looked after at cafe whilst it was fixed. Overall a pleasant room and great staff.
