“Early check-in”

Got an easy early check-in what is "must" when getting from USA to Europe in the morning.

“Everything we wanted and more”

The hotel is extremely well kept, clean, modern, spacious and I would recommend taking the breakfast buffet which is well run with a choice of hot and cold foods, as well as a large selection of croissants, cakes and fruit. The beds had good quality mattresses and were so comfortable and the hotel staff were very accommodating.

“A smart location for a family stay in Paris”

The early bird rate was very good for a Paris stay in summer, especially as breakfast was included. Not really on the direct transportation backbone but a bus takes you to La Defense where ligne 1 of the Metro gets you direct to most important Parisian monuments and Museums. Hotel Personel was very helpful in all matters. Room where standard with AC - good for summer where you stay outside most of the day. Only regret: internet is not free

“good family hotel”

Comfortable room, with pull out sofa for the kids. Quiet. We had breakfast included in our rate and it was fabulous. Staff were friendly, gifts for the kids, very helpful. Suresnes is a lovely town on the outskirts of Paris, nice Saturday market.

“Just back from Paris”

Given the price in Paris, this hotel overall is good. We booked with request to accommodate a room for 4 (3 adults, 1 kid), but even for 2 people, the room is a little bit small---well, it is in Paris. Staffs are nice, relatively convenient location--2-3min to bus, 8-10min to train. Cons: Service during night is terrible: seems no one answers your call at front desk, and when you ask room service during night, you have to go to front desk yourself to get the stuff! Also, when you ask for morning calls, be careful that the staff may not understand you even they said "okay"---luckily I set my own clock so I didn't miss my plane.

“Good hotel, far from town”

Hotel was good and clean, staff were polite and helpful. But there's no metro nearby and we ended up taking taxis to get to and fro. This cost us approx 20Euros each way to the centre of Paris. There are bus stops nearby, but still inconvenient.

“very nice for 4 days' saty”

The service was good, staff are nice and helpful, and room price was very competitive. Another positive thing is that near the Hotel there is a walking zone with nice restaurants inside. the only drawback is that the hotel is far from a Metro station, you have to take the Bus which station is near the Hotel.

“A resonable hotel for short stays.”

My room was slightly oddly shaped with a seperate toilet, but that just meant a very tiny bathroom, although I did have a seperate bath and shower cubicle. The lighting is good in the room with choices of overhead or lamps. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Genrally the food in the restaurant is good , although if you stay several nights the choice is limited and it would be nice to be able to order something light , like a sandwich. There is free wifi but its not very stable and you have to log ion , through a 3 screen path several times. But its ok. All in all, its an acceptable hotel for a business traveller.

“Good hotel and a reasonable price”

Overall, nice hotel. Bathrooms were very nice and modern. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was way to expensive(15 euros per person) considering rival hotels often comp breakfast. Staff was helpful in aspects we needed (arranging transfers, storing luggage, etc), except for helping us get an extra sheet for each bed ( the beds only had the bottom sheets and an heavy comforter on top and we wanted to get top sheets to cover with and not use the comforters given the rooms were not very cold...comfortable temperature but not cold enough for the heavy covers). The lift was very small and often had to wait for several trips. We enjoyed the area the hotel was in and the bakeries, shops and such were great and very welcoming.

“Novotel Suresnnes review”

- Clean bed but dust in the room in some places. - Only main bed is made every day, not the extra bed. - Breakfast plates and glasses dirty.
