They were still undergoing some refurbishing but went the extra mile to make certain guests were not overly inconvenieced.

Great location off the interstate and next to Forest Park activities like the zoo. I was more interested in its distance to the clubs and some restaurants. Hotel was very clean and the front desk staff was EXTREMELY friendly and courteous. The room was cute but kind of small. that didn't bother me because it was just me and I only stayed one night. My stay included a fantastic breakfast. I was able to get an omelette and some pancakes. Yummy.Oh and the hotel bartender was very nice (and very cute). He kept me in the hotel and i hung out there for about seven hours (it kept me safe).

I define this as a cheap luxury hotel.

We've stayed at many Holiday Inn's and this one is by far the best at everything! This paticular HI has excellent staff in ALL departments The customer service has out ranked all others. When we come to town, it's for doctors appointments for me at Washington Univ School of Medicine attached to Barnes Hospital. I have severe pulmonary problems and it's a smoke FREE hotel and almost around the corner from my appointments. It's also very convenient bc were coming from I-44 E Bound from West Plains. I always request our room to be closest to an elevator or on the 1st floor. This time we were running late to meet friends, so my husband went to check us in around 6pm and we left for dinner. Upon returning I went in first on my walker w/all of my oxygen. I believe the clerks name was Dale (not sure), but what he said was the room someone else put us in was on the 5th floor at the very end of the hallway and that for no additional charge that he would like to move us to the 1st floor in a much better room!!! Thank YOU so very much!!

“Nice hotel”

The staff were all very friendly. The hotel lobby and exterior was clean and appeared nice. The elevators were very small and slow! Our room was clean and comfortable. Not a bad location either. Will definitely stay here again.

GREAT!! Clean rooms...right off the highway and minutes from downtown!! Overall great stay!! Definately would go book!!

“Holiday Inn still delivers !”

Although this is a somewhat older hotel, it has been VERY well maintained and updated. The room was nicely furnished and the bathroom had been recently updated. The staff were all very pleasant and the room service staff especially so The food provided by room service was excellent. We had been driving for several days and after one hideous hotel the night before this hotel was a wonderful contrast. All in all a very pleasant stay.

“Extremely Satisfied with this Holiday Inn”

The front desk clerks were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They made us feel right at home. The manager of the restaurant was very courteous and diligent, making sure we received our meals in an expeditious manner. We had a nice stay and the hotel's location was perfect for us as far as the proximity to the people we were visiting, which is why we chose this Holiday Inn.

Great customer service from the friendly staff. Free room upgrade. The room was newly renovated and we were extremely comformtable during our stay. Would definitely recommend it.
