“this hotel was really comfortable!”

This hotel was reasonable for the price. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient for taking tours and going to supermarkets to buy some water and food. Everything was perfect except it wasn't complimentary for airport transportation though it says so on their page of expedia. Other than that, i'm so pleased with their services.

“Wonderful hotel for a tiny price”

Everything about this hotel was fantastic - especially the friendliness and enthusiasm of the staff. The hotel arranged a wonderful Tuk-Tuk driver to drive us around for our stay (Mr Ka), who was always ready with an ice cold bottle of water after hot and sweaty temple visits. Large rooms with comfy beds, efficient aircond and free wifi rounded out a brilliant stay. Despite being easily the cheapest hotel we stayed in during a month long holiday in Asia, the Parklane hotel was one of the best.

“Good hotel in great location”

Rooms are a little small, but you definitely get your moneys worth. Breakfast was varied and ample. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided tuk-tuk from airport.

“Great base for Angkor Wat”

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in on our whole trip through Cambodia and Vietnam, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our flight from HCMC to Siem Reap got cancelled on the morning of departure and we were shifted onto a later flight. We were unable to contact the hotel to let them know and so we did not receive our free airport pick up. To make up for this they knocked the cost of our motor bike shuttle off the bill. We were upgraded into a family room when we aske for a double instead of a twin room and received a complementary bottle of wine in the room. The reception staff in particular were very helpful with recommendations for sight-seeing, hotels and learning the lingo. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was varied with eastern and western options. Plenty to set you up for a day of sight-seeing. We had a massage in our room on the second night, which was well worth the money after a day at Angkor Wat. The tuk tuk driver booked through the hotel was very accommodating of requests to deviate slightly from the suggested route. Only thing to note was that he was very much a driver and not a guide, though he spoke decent English. Make sure that you take a decent guide book with you or enquire about booking a guide as well. We would definitely recommend this hotel as a budget option. The staff make it that extra bit special.

“March 2012 - Parklane Hotel - recommended!”

Would definitely stay here again! The staff are really friendly and the rooms are very tidy. In the midst of siem reap it was nice to feel comfortable in the hotel. The rooms were somewhat basic but for the price it was good to feel that the hotel was safe and secure. Was close enough to the tourist area but not too close at the same time - best value hotel - definitely recommended.

“Good Hotel”

Clean and friendly hotel a short walk from the centre. Quite location, but not too far from the main tourist area. Rooms good size and clean. I would stay here again.

“Would highly recommend!”

We were greeted warmly by the front desk staff and given cool towels and a welcome drink. The staff were very friendly and eager to talk with us. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was included with our room. Although basic, the food was good. We only stayed one night, but I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for affordable, good quality accommodation in Siem Reap.

“Great value for money!”

Great value for money! Extremely efficient and friendly stafff and owner. Good buffet breakfast included. Quiet street in centre of town. Size of the room was wonderful. Very clean and well kept. Only cons were erratic hot water, slow wifi and low lighting in the room.
