"Great hotel, big room, great big both room. The pool and SPA are amazing, the only comment here is the opening hours (open very late - 9am) and the fact that kids cannot use the pool at all. "

"Hotel located in a very convenient location. Walking distance to Shinjuku station and Takashimaya. There is also a 7-11 available at lvl 1 of the hotel but it is not very well stocked. "

"It’s walking distance to multiple stations for bus and train. If you book the airport limo bus this hotel is one of the stops which was super convenient. "

"Excellent service, as expected from a Japanese hotel. Fantastic location near Shibuya crossing and Harajuku and remarkably quiet given how close it is to the train station - the tracks were literally right outside our room and I was never woken up by noise. Rooms were also a good size given the location and price. Public bath was also nicer than I expected (the cold bath is basically a therapeutic ice bath; I think it was kept around 10C, which I actually appreciated after all that walking)."

"Even though the rooms are relatively small, you cannot beat the location of the hotel. Right next to the Shibuya Parco, the hotel puts you steps away from the Scramble and the incredible set of stores in Shibuya. If you're traveling solo and want a convenient place to stay, this is the place for you!"
