"Overall a very positive experience. Friendly staff. Good restaurants in walking distance. I turned the thermostat from 74 to 65 for sleeping, but it took about 8 minutes for the unit to respond. Staff said that often happens. Bathroom is basic and has large dispenses of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Small fridge. Plenty of storage space. about 30" flat screen that you can cast to."

"The only toilet facilities was a porta potty which smelled and looked like it had not been emptied in months. Shower did not have a way to lock the door of the only shower, to keep others out. We did not have cell phone reception because of the mountains and no way to contact the owner. No one was around to check us in."

"This cabin was very cute and clean. There is a gas grill and a fire pit, which were not mentioned in the listing, but were a welcome addition. The porch is a wonderful place to hang out. Plenty of space for your dog to play fetch on the property. We found the sleeping quarters a little hot, but the mattress was very comfortable. Great location, 5 minutes from Dupont, 30 from Looking Glass/Pisgah, and an hour from the Parkway."

"Spent a few days away with our adult (20s) children. This is a beautiful condo. Well decorated and appointed. The owners were quick to answer our questions. Lots of nice touches and stocked with everything we needed. I had read in a review that the entry road is through the Mexican restaurant parking lot. That was very helpful as it was dark and raining when we arrived. The waterfall out back is amazing! We also drove to see Whtewater Falls. Would love to return here again in the future."

"We were able to have great communication with the hosts Scott and Lynn, and Scott was there to meet us and give a quick lay of the land. We had a nice spot near the creek basically to ourselves and were able to have a great spot near DuPont and Pisgah bike trails! Definitely would recommend!"
