“Great hotel”

Bedroom was modern and recently upgraded. Room was spotless and bed very comfortable with a good hot shower. Hotel is in central Fort William which makes it easy for the town and train station. Breakfast was very good and perfect before a day out around Ben Nevis. Staff were friendly and helpful, overall was a great place to stay and will definitely stay here again.

“Our favourite in Fort William.”

We stayed for 3 nights whilst touring the west coast of Scotland. It proved to be an ideal base.The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and our room was very comfortable.There were even toiletries in the room which we were not expecting! Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot and cold food served very quickly. Because we were touring and returning late in the evening we ate on route so did not eat in the bar or restaurant both of which seemed popular. The hotel is well situated in Fort William with shops and amenities close by. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

“Clean and Quaint”

Quaint little hotel in Fort William. Good location to visit the Highlands. Only warning is there are no elevators in the hotel. We had to lift our heavy luggage up a lot of stairs. Otherwise very clean hotel in a convenient location.

“Modern Hotel”

Very modern hotel with a good breakfast. Location was away from the downtown area, and not easily accessed by foot. The wi-fi was frustratingly hard to access.

“good overnight stop”

We were there for an overnight stay for bed and breakfast for what we paid it was a very good deal. The hotel was clean and staff were very polite.We stayed in room 318 beds were very comfortable and has a great sea view . The Hotel is really suited, we think, to the mature age group which we now fall into.Dont let the outside put you off as its right on the front and very weathered by the sea. We were down early for breakfast the restaraunt staff let us in and chef cooked early for us , we really appreciated this as we had an early train to catch.

“does the job in Fort William”

central location in Fort William convenient for train station and tourist information. I used this hotel for an overnight stay while exploring the local area. Staff were helpful on arrival and although I didn't use the bar/restaurant the hotel was a good choice for me. Well-equipped room, comfortable bed, good shower and all very clean. Would use this hotel again.

“Good location and comfortable stay”

Excellent location for exploring Fort William on foot. The hotel was comfortable and the public rooms inviting. The bedroom was a little cramped but had all expected facilities available.

The hotel was below average. There was nothing special about the place. The staff, however, were reasonably friendly.
