“Very very pleasant and relaxing”
We had a relaxing stay here for 4 nights. The staff are very pleasant and eager to help. They ask if you speak French and when they can hear you struggling are quite happy speaking English. Although it looks very old at the front, the hotel has been expanded at the back, meaning that the rooms are fairly modern and very comfortable. The choice of dining is good giving you a choice of budgets and when the weather was warm enough we were able to eat in the little courtyard. The village is small and charming, but not somewhere you would go for any nightlife.

What a wonderful little hotel to find. It was the last night of our holiday and we needed a hotel for an overnight stop to break the journey to the ferry port. Based on price and the fact that we had booked a standard room we were expecting something pretty basic. Instead we found ourselves staying at a delightful hotel full of character and with more than adequate comfort in the bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The icing on the cake was the fact that the hotel was built around a wonderful courtyard where you could eat. The hotel also offered 3 ranges of menu prices: An all singing all dancing restaurant, a brasserie and a creperie. The area the hotel is based in is simply beautiful and we would definitely stay here again. In fact would make sure our route included this hotel and might actually stay a couple of nights to give us more time to explore the area.
“Wonderful hotel”
Found the hotel to be better than I expected. The staff were very friendly & welcoming, the rooms fairly basic but very clean and the restaurant staff, service & food was wonderful. Town in in a reasonably good spot for sightseeing & wine tasting if you have transport. Would definitely stay there again if going to that area.
