"Everything was clean and in good working order. Area around the motel fronts the interstate and looks like they just finished working on it -- not necessarily the motel's fault, just looks messy. Not much nearby, you have to drive to get to much, but if you're just getting off the interstate for the night, there's enough right next door to eat, gas up, and get back on the road."

"We had a great time while we were in the area loving all the FALL beautiful colors. We made a trip to the lighthouses in St. Joseph, the carousel, and shopping downtown St. Joseph!! We visited the Old Rugged Cross Church too!! If you want a great local Michigan beer, check out Sister Lake Brewing Co.!! Sage’s place was beautiful, and comfortable! Clean too… perfect tv’s to catch the Ohio State Game. There is a Keurig for morning coffee, and coffee provided. "

"This was the perfect spot to get away. My wife and I spend a weekend every year at a little cabin where we review our marriage and refocus. We always like to explore the area and Dowagiac was a gem of an area to go. Sage was our contact and he checked on us multiple times. We had one issue with our bed and he was not only prompt but he made sure to make it right. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a quiet getaway."

"There's Nothing I can say bad about this little hidden gem in the Coloma? Hagar Shores area. Very clean. Perfect size for a couple with a few kids, or a few friends just out to have fun ad explore all the great little restaurants, breweries, distilleries, beaches and the many quaint little towns all along the coast of S.W. Michigan. Steve the host. I cant say enough about his immediate responses to any of our questions. Such a lovely host. I would definitely recommend this little hidden gem...

"About an hour and a half before our arrival, the home owner contacted me to let us know that the power was out at the property. We arrived to the property and ran back out to get candles and supplies. The house owner was on their way with a generator and was extremely apologetic about the power outage. When we returned to the house with supplies from the Dollar General the power came back on as we were pulling down the road (thankfully) The house owner pulled in right behind us ready to hook up...
