"Door code didn’t work. Call to number on reservation connected me to an AI loop. Very frustrating and no help. I then called Hotels.com help line and they had a number to contact owner. She sent over a person to help us and eventually I got in. Room was OK, quite small and dated. Bed and bedding were great. Bath sink is a pedestal with no place or shelf to put toiletries. Access to rooms is narrow steep staircase. Not a problem for me but could be if you have large heavy suitcase or mobility issue. In hallway there’s a coffee/tea station with granola bars and a microwave shared by all guests. Electric outlets were difficult to find but in morning discovered that USB and plugs had been retrofitted into side of side tables so look for them there. Lake beach and ice cream place right out front looked very nice and inviting but we did not have an opportunity to use those facilities. We were there on a Monday when restaurant was closed so no comment on that."
