"I believe I might have been the first person to stay via hotels.com. The room I stayed in was smoking (though I specified non-smoking and that might be more important to some) and they tried to charge me for extra for the room because it showed up as a double room (but I was alone) when I arrived. However, it all worked out. It is conveniently located in Hsinchu and the staff were helpful."
