I was visiting friends around the area and it’s next to the high speed train station, walkable distance for shopping and restaurants. They even provided night snack from 9:30-10:30pm! Will stay again if come back.

Convenient location

Very close to the high speed train (walking distance like 3min) very safe and quiet location. The breakfast is more like the Taiwan local style, not much diversity for foreigners.

Stayed here for 3nights. Hotel is on the outskirts of HsinChu but only 100meters from both highspeed rail (30min to downtown Taipei for $20 - train every 30min) and local train (3 stops) to HsinChu. Hotel has a small shopping mall and 3-4blocks around hotel have endless Chinese food options and several small cute cafes. Hotel super clean and friendly, rooms are great and both breakfast and supper snacks are great. Overall highly recommend and best value for $$ (I paid ~$100/night)
