My husband and I stayed in the Rio Bidasoa Feb. 5 - 10/06. The staff are excellent and, for the most part, speak english. The location is convenient to both bus, metro, and taxi service. The rooms are spacious, well kept and very comfortable. The garden/pool area is a treat after a long day touring the sites of Santiago. I highly recommend this little gem.

“A Nice Hotel”

I enjoyed my stay, and would stay here again. The staff was very polite, and professional with all my needs; including storing my luggage for two nights when I made a side trip to Argentina. The patio area near the pool is a very pleasant place to enjoy a drink, or a meal, like their complimentary breakfast. If your looking for a smaller, quaint hotel while visiting Santiago, this hotel should suit you just fine
