“Good option for your money”

This hotel is located in one of the best areas of Santiago, near from bus transportation routes and Metro. The service of the personnel was excellent and even when it is an "Express" hotel the attention for us to rent a car was particularly excellent and efficient. It is close from a good zone of bars. Excellent option to stay in Santiago.

Hotel taxis did not charge double like the rest of the hotels, they had competitive rates with street taxis. Service at hotel was super friendly, breakfast buffet was excellent, like the decoration, location, everything.

if you expect western standart you will get it here with a great breakfast bufet on top, a little removed from Santiago lively neighbourhoods and normal chilean life. Half an hour code for internet acces on hotels computers is a little tight

Very well located. Very confortable room. Friendly staff. Nice self-service breakfast. The only thing that I would recommend is a Mini bar at the room. Would definetly stay there again.

“Not your usual Holiday Inn”

A wonderful surprise. Not like the Holiday Inn in the states. Sophisticated lobby, clean lines, Helpful staff, great location. A block from some fabulous restaurant. Easy to walk around, safe, metro 3 blocks. Would stay there again.

This hotel is well located in the financial district and close to everything. They have taxis available outside and the rates are regulated by the hotel. All the services are very good: breakfast, business center, internet, etc and they are free (included in the rate). The staff is friendly and always willing to assist you. It was a great experience that I would recommend to anybody specially if you travel on business and need to stay connected to your business somewhere else.
