"Maison très agréable, propre et fonctionnelle et qui tient bien le frais ( idéal été et demi saison). Très bien située, à environ 5 min à pieds de la plage, des commerces et de l'agence. Personnels de l'agence très sympathiques et disponibles. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Il y'a de nombreuses autres plages immenses et magnifiques à proximité, accessibles à quelques kilomètres en voiture. Vacances exceptionnelles à Isla !!"

"This is a spacious and clean apartment and the owner; Mar; is very helpful and communicates well. There is a wonderful small store at the bottom of the complex. This is the Puerto Chico area of Santander with lots to see, do and eat. Sardinero is close by and there are many buses to take you there and back. We recommend Mar's flat."

"The hosts were fantastic, they responded to queries quickly and were really helpful. They also gave us produce from their garden including delicious green peppers and tomatoes. The house itself needs some updating, but it was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was perfect for a splash about on hot afternoons. We had a lovely holiday exploring the coast, the Picos de Europa and sampling local cuisine. The location was good for getting out and about by car."

"We chose to stay here because it is close to the Ferry port in Santander where we sailed in to from Plymouth. We weren’t sure what to expect, but the house was wonderful, the pool a huge bonus and the location brilliant. "Unfortunately, we were only at the property for a few hours and it was night time, so we didn't really see anything other than the room and the front office. But what little we saw was promising. It's just unfortunate that they close the facilities early. My son wanted to use the gym and I wanted to get a massage but everything closes down at 10pm and we arrived at 9:30pm."

"We loved the loft— it’s decor, comfort and location. Just an amazing base from which we were able to explore beautiful Santander. It’s only a few blocks up from the waterfront and about a ten minute walk from the Centro Botín museum and the bay cruise launch spot. We had a lovely walk out to the Magdalena peninsula and palace which were stunning. We will be back for sure. Thank you so much!!"

"Alejandro, was brilliant, very attentive, 'Topman!!' Unfortunately we were here during lock down, so couldn't experience restaurants etc. We were also very limited, as all beach kiosks restaurants etc closed. Apartment bijou, but everything there except a freezer and only Spanish TV, so take your iPads!!! Good Wifi!!"

"I would have rated the property much higher save for two issues. The good part was that the property was well located for us near major routes. It was spacious and clean. The bad part was that we didn't have any heat for the first half of our stay when outside temperature was 2 degrees. The other problem was check-in which supposed to be from 4-8pm but there was no-one there. After an hour we had to have someone call as their message service wasn't working. 15 minutes later someone arrived...
