“nice little hotel in great location”
We walked to the hotel from main train station. Nice area, two mins from beach and lovely promenade. Staff very nice, hotel old but clean. Only problem for me was smell of cigarettes as smoking allowed in hotel.

This is a typical old european property which, while well located, has little to offer. There are absolutely no services, no doorman, no porters. You have to move your luggage. There is a cafeteria with limited selectios but no room service although it is offered. The rooms are reasonably clean but very old furniture and marginal beds. The bathroos are small and reasonably clean. For the price but not recommend at all. If want a good hotel in San Sebastian wait until the Maria Cristina and the London, currently undergoing renovations, are ready and go there. The difference in price will be worth your lodging experience.
“Outdated but still great!”
Like everyone else has said - the location is fabulous! We could walk everywhere we wanted to go, so we saved ourselves money on cab fare. The view from the room was interesting enough, but the greatest thing about the room was the huge jacuzzi bathtub and double sinks. The room looked just like it did in the photos. So yes, they are quite out-dated. Our room had five chairs in it. I don't know why a normal sized room would need five chairs, but even with the excess furniture, the room was still spacious. If you miss the room service hours and are looking for a bite to eat, there are a couple late night options right by the hotel. One last thing, the keys are a little inconvenient. They don't have regular card keys. You have a metal key for your door, a card key for your lights, and a separate key for the safe.

Convienient location,quiet street, easy walk to old town and about 5-10 minute walk to the train station,good value for a smart resort .

the hotel has a great location an public parking is a few blocks away (*near FNAC.) it is relatively quiet, depending upon the location of your room. the furnishings are a bit outdated, but work.

Amazing service, amazing people that make this nice place even more cosy. Will definately recommend it to everyone and planning to come back there with my family next time!
