"Hotel staff were nice and concierge was super helpful. I would say the facilities were a little worn. Phone and closet were dusty in room, shower leaked outside area. However these are minor. "

The pool is great for kids with the small water park including a bucket I enjoyed that. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who travel and wants to stay in the city. The free shuttle to old San Juan, the Beach and T-Mobile area was the icing on the top."

"Was very nice in general. Im stayed one night for working activity, so, i can't use pool. But thexareas into and out hotel are very nice, ckean and update. Have many good ambience spaces to seat and share. The breakfast was great and a good price. What i didn't like was: in the room i can hear all the cars noise. So, the cristal door not adequate. Other claim is that parking its not included in price and don't told me after check out. About parking too, is that jave to give a round for have...

We enjoyed being a little off the beaten path yet still in walking distance for some shopping and dinner. About three blocks to the beach. We would stay there again if in the area."
