"The Red House was a quiet and great place from which to tour the Chianti towns and to use as a base to visit Florence and Siena. "We found this place from my guide book of Rick Steve’s Tuscany guide. Because we picked up our car from Florence we need somewhere we can park and also walking distance to old town center. They have a few free parking spots but it’s first come first serve. The hotel is clean and nice. Staff is very friendly. It’s only about 10 mins walk to the plaza and walkable to almost every major sites. We highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Siena. "
