“Very Good Value”

Great Location, friendly staff, clean room. Nice boardwalk and nearby pathway to view various birds and lake front. Two minute walk to beautiful quaint downtown. We stayed for 2 nights and were very satisfied, overall best hotel in town from what we observed.

“Wonderful views, clean and straightforward”

Overlooks a beautiful waterfront with mountains all around. We visited in the Winter on our way to Banff and it was a good place to rest-up between long drives. The restaurant food was disappointing but the service was good.

“Very good hotel in Salmon Arm.”

I booked the hotel on short notice through Expedia and was able to upgrade to a top-notch suite overlooking the lake when I arrived. Very friendly and courteous staff. Terrific hotel in the best location in Salmon Arm with a good pub and very good restaurant. Only negative observation was that the hot tub jets weren't working and apparently hadn't been working for a couple of days. I will stay there again!

We requested an upgrade to a lake view w balcony. Well worth the extra$!

“Peaceful environmennt”

It was a nice stay overnight, close to center of city and there were different choices of eating.

“Salmon Arm”

Spent one night as we were in town for a concert. Hotel had a lot to offer, very comfortable, great balcony and wonderful views of the lake. The Pub had great food...

“Perhaps better after the reno's?”

Hotel in bad need of a makeover which was underway during our stay. Great location though. Front desk was very helpful after our booking was botched.
