"One of the best hotel I ever stayed in my long years of traveling. It is very clean, well refurbished and functional. It felt like we were VIP guest in a palace because of the hospitality of the owner Madam Beatrice and all the staff. They were very courteous and helpful. I would like to mention among them Alfonso, Mateo and Francesca for making our stay enjoyable. We will definitely stay in this marvelous palace on our future trip to Puglia. ❤️ The Olivan"

"First of all I want to say the service at this hotel was exceptional. The young girl on reception was amazing and we also left something at the hotel and they helped ship it to our next hotel. The hotel was lovely and we ate the restaurant which was very tasty and so was breakfast. We did arrive on a Sunday and it was very busy with loud music everywhere. Fireworks were going off it wasn’t our sort of place. If you go in the week I think it would be amazing. "

"This property was a real find! It was ultra modern , trendy looking , made of cement so very quiet, free light , tasty breakfast , comfortable beds and modern bathrooms with a fabulous rain shower head! Most of all the front desk service was impeccable and extremely welcoming , friendly, courteous and helpful . Frederica, Ilaria and Alessio really made our stay perfect. They found great restaurants, gave perfect directions,train times,etc. which made our stay a breeze! Highly recommend this boutique hotel ! "

"Quick, efficient check in. Free wi-fi. Room large, very clean and comfortable. Very modern. Plenty of sockets for charging devices. Bed large and comfortable, very good shower. Could do with a Do not disturb/No housekeeping sign for the door, room cleaned every day of our stay and we didn't really feel we needed it. Good location - parking and easy access to roads for exploring the area and only a 15 min walk into the centre of town."

"This hotel and spa were fantastic. The staff is very friendly. We had dinner upstairs on the roof top deck. The food was amazing. Simple and so tasty. I had a facial and a massage. Probably the best I have had in a very long time Location is terrific. Just steps away from the city center. "
