Decorated with abstract paintings and sofas, Hotel Arrahona's spacious atrium is the building's focus and features a complimentary Internet terminal and a large television with satellite channels. The four-storey Hotel Arrahona, Barcelona, offers 88 air-conditioned guestrooms and apartments decorated in a warm contemporary style, with mid-tone wood flooring and furniture, modern art prints and paintings, and dark blue cotton bedding and curtains. All feature double-glazed windows with blackout drapes, complimentary wireless internet, televisions with cable channels, direct-dial phones and desks. Bathrooms have marble counters, tiled floors and walls, shower/tub combinations and shaving mirrors.
Apartments have living areas and kitchens with electric hobs, refrigerators, dishwashers, and microwaves or ovens.

Arrahona Restaurant - Serves a breakfast buffet in the morning (surcharge), as well as à la carte and set menus each evening. Mediterranean dishes such as pastas and tapas platters are offered alongside a range of burgers and salads. Modern decor with wooden tables topped with white linen, and walls decorated with abstract painting by local artists.
Café-bar - Opens onto the restaurant and atrium, offering pizza, tapas platters and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks 24 hours a day.

“cheap clean easy to get to”
quite cheap, supermarket nearby(closed sunday), 10 min walk straight up the road from sabedell South (sud), clean, got checked in at 11:30 am that day, room clean with air con. about 25mins by train to central, though often wait 20mins for a train or upto a hour after 10pm, train goes direct to bcn. santa & arc de triomph.
“Didn't expect it to be as great as it was!”
Stayed for over a week last month, as I had some university research at Terrassa. Far from Barcelona center, but if you have a car or don't mind 35-45 min by public transit, it's great value. The hotel is run by 4 or 5 courteous ladies who seem cross-trained to do everything (I only saw one gentleman there, mostly at nights). A couple of them spoke good English. The main two items I needed were internet and parking (I had a car and I had to be logged on for hours; they would be an extra 25 per day in many hotels). Had FREE wireless internet, good speed, in the room. May be a recent thing, as others here said it was free only in the lobby. Need to renew the internet passwd every 48 hours from front desk. Can park free on the small block of streets around; many spots, no parking meters. Safe area. The rail stn is about 10-15 min walk. The breakfast was pretty filling - 6.50 Euros, with hot eggs and sausage. The kitchen or front desk ladies will whip up a dinner till pretty late at night for around 12 Euros - Pastas, pizzas, hot bread and coffee/wine. Not bad if you are lazy to go out. Can get a good cafe con leche 24 hours; Great for late-night types like me. Clean room, though the beds weren't too big and the mattress not too thick. 15-channel TV with CNN and BBC. I got everything I wanted; Certainly won't stay anywhere else on a return visit to the Barcelona area!
“great for quiet and the wallet”
For those who do not speak spanish it can be hard, but most of the employees spoke enough english to get by. They dont supply wash cloths but thats about the only complaint i can come up with :) if your travels bring you to Barcelona and you wish to be outside the hustle and bustle of the city this is a great place, a short walk from the sabadell sud (south)commuter train station. You take that to the placa de catalyona station and youre right in the main city! it was great!!
“A great place to stay!”
A modern hotel with contemporary features. You can relax in the garden at the rear of the hotel and enjoy a glass of wine from the bar. In the evening you can enjoy a meal in the restaurant. The hotel is conveniently located as the Sabadell Sud train station is only a few minutes walk from the hotel and a train to Barcelona centre takes approximately 30 minutes. Finally the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

I was very pleased with everything! True the hotel is a short walk to the train station, but you truly get to experience the suburban life of Sabadell. The decor is chic, staff is helpful, and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly.
“Lovely Hotel”
It is close enough from the nearest railway station, althogh it take at least 30 minutes to go to the centre of Barcelona by train. I found supermarkets and cafes around the hotel, and the room was quite clean and quiet. As I have just stayed 2 nights, I don't know well about quality of service, so I put 3 for this section.
“Nice hotel but.....”
dont disregard the advise of others who state that this IS NOT IN BARCELONA!!! the city is about 45 minutes outside and this might seem routine if you live in London but for a leisure trip this accounts for a lot of lost time commuting combined with the fact that you get in tired and start the next day late as a result the hotel atmosphere is very secure and i have no complaints regards service and cleanliness but for a holiday, i didnt get much rest because lest you rent a car, the distance from the train station to the hotel is quite a walk. i suppose to be fair i was a bit naive when the pro's said it was close enough and i should have done my research BUT what are they there for if i cant trust their judgement and have to verify every little bit of info??? tip: if you want a hotel in Barcelona, take extra steps to make sure it is....
“Very clean and comfortable”
We had a nice stay. The room was vey clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to those who don't mind traveling ca. 25 min. to Barcelona city center by train,
“Why Spend More”
This hotel may be a train ride from Barcelona but the ride is easy and even if you stayed in the city (at much greater cost) you'd still have to take a ride (it's s big place). Hotel is modern, clean and great service. An ok chineese across the road and many tapas bars and eateries within easy walking distance. The railway station is straight down the hill, catch the No.1 bus back up, it stops outside the hotel. Breakfast is very good and the evening meal, although simple, is fine. Supermarket and great bread shop next door ... pick up a picnic lunch before you head off to Barcelona or but a bottle (or 2) on your way back after a day out. ENJOY !! we did.
