Friendly, welcoming staff throughout. Bright, clean, comfortable rooms with a modern seaside feel. Great food in the restaurant, morning and evening. They make a mean cocktail too - try the espresso martini after dinner! Great location for the beach, Rye and Dungeness. I would stay here again.
