By the time they checked in, she doesn't have any credit cards but the manager accommodated them due to unfortunate circumstance, BIG thanks to the hotel I am glad they did let my kids checked in since I was out of the country travelling. "The location of this Hyatt is great for those that go to the Levi’s stadium. The front desk could be a little bit more welcoming. Only issue really was the wet floor signs are made to blend with hotel and can’t see them. I knew the floor was wet but I almost slipped walking to the front desk maybe having more mat to dry shoes by front doors could help. Other than that we love staying there. "
