"Clean and friendly across the street from Termini"
We needed an overnight stay close to Termini train station and this B&B fit the bill. There is no one at the desk so you have to call for them to meet you there when you check in, but we were pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable the room was. It's bright - around 4 rooms that all have a color theme. We stayed in the purple room.

The Daphne Veneto is the place to stay if you are looking for a reasonably priced intimate boutique B & B centrally located in Rome. There are no hotel facilities to speak of, not even a lobby, but the rooms are stylishly modern and comfortable with very nice bed linens and towels. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. A cell phone is even provided for your convenience. Rates also include a continental breakfast. Rome is a walking city and the Daphne Veneto is within walking distance of pretty much everything you would want to visit. Buon Viaggi!

Loved the room! The nicest room from all 4 hotels we stayed at during our trip! With its fridge, tea kettle and small cute table by the window it made us feel like home:)
Francesco, the owner is very nice and professional. When we arrived he was waiting for us outside. He informed us that bed in our room was broken but he arranged for us to stay at another B&B across the street which was awesome too!
Stay at Roma is 10 min away by foot from Termini train and Metro station in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended! When in Rome will definitely stay again! Thank you Franceso!
We stayed here as we wanted to be near the Vatican (the wall was across the street!) and wanted a nice hotel. It was excellent! The owner was so nice and personally met and talked to us giving us all kind of advice (her advice on restaurants took us to one of the best Italian meals that I have ever had). We walked along the Vatican wall for 5 minutes at were at the entrance to the Vatican Museum (Sistine Chapel). The rooms were so much better than a hotel room (we were traveling with our family of 5 and parents so they also could accommodate us easily) and had a patio area which was wonderful to sit around when we wanted to. Top recommendation coming from us and we would absolutely stay there again!
Staff was very helpful via email before our arrival until our depature. Walking distance to major attractions & the Termini.
We only stayed one night before our cruise. Metro station is footsteps away. Able to catch the metro to the Termini(luggage too heavy to walk distance)

Upon my arrival to Roma Dreaming, I was warmly greeted by one of the staff members. During registration I was informed of all of the quickest routes to take to various famous sites of Rome that every tourist must see upon visiting this glorious city. I was also asked what time I wanted breakfast to be delivered to my room. Usually in hotels one has to get up and early in order to not miss breakfast, here they will accommodate your need and if you wish to change the time you wanted breakfast to be delivered, all you have to do is let one of the staff members know at the reception desk and they will be more than happy to do so. The room I stayed at was beautiful and very quaint. There is a thermostat in the room, so you can adjust the room temperature to your liking. Silence is to be observed I believe after 11. So at night one could sleep soundly without any worry about being woken up by a noisy neighbor. The room also had internet access and cable television, so at night, after a long day of traveling in Rome, I was able to watch the World Cup!!! =). One of the best things about this room also was the fact that the bath was equipped with a jacuzzi...one cannot ask for more.
My girlfriend and I recommend this hotel completely. After a busy week of traveling around Florence we came back to Rome and Le Tare B&B for our last afternoon and night before flying out of Italy. Marianna, the owner received us with a friendly smile and a welcoming attitude; very helpful. She served us delicious home-cooked breakfast chosen by us from a little list that you leave on the door knob. The place is spotless-clean (really) and a stone-throw away from the Vatican and the red metro line (Cipro station). We slept comfortably and we woke up well-rested.

We really enjoyed staying here. The owners were really friendly and helpful in giving us details of the area together with a map and flexibility of time for the breakfast. The room and shower room were clean, nicely decorated and the bed was comfy. It felt like home from home. Really close to the bus stop from Fuimicino and walking distance to all the main attractions in Rome particularly the Vatican. We didn't take public transport in all our 3 day visit. Breakfast in the room was good, it was like a luxury having breakfast in bed. Great shower in the bathroom and lovely . high ceiling in the room. At the end of our visit the host offered us to keep our bags in the flat so we can spend the day walking around Rome after check out, which made a big difference to our last day. If you are a couple after a weekend away in Rome, I definitely recommend this place.
