We have stayed here all 5 trips to Mayo Clinic. Super clean and friendly. Great location. Free shuttle to the clinic and back throughout the day.
Lots of food choices within walking distance.

They had overbooked the property and I wasn’t informed until I checked in at 7pm the staff were very accommodating but I don’t understand how this happened. Makes me hesitant to book here again

We strive to help our guests feel comfortable, and most important valued. I can imagine how frustrating it must have been to be in that situation. I hope that you will give us another shot If you are in the Rochester area again in the future.
Every part of my stay from check in to checkot was wonderful. The only issue I had, and only on 1 day was in their free parking lot. The spaces need to be a bit wider. There were plenty of spaces but so many people park incorrectly that many spaces became unparkable. I don't hold this against the hitel, just the other patrons.

Tv did not work. Out of shampoo,etc, no blow dryer. Some ice machines didn't work.

The room was so hot when we checked in we had to open the windows, the bathroom door would not stay shut, the worst was the tiles in by the toilet were ,ike leaking glue, it was comming up between the tiles all the time, getting glue over everythinh.

It was an okay place the location is only thing that i would say is the value. Tiny tiny fride not even dorm size not even working. Dirty couch and stand by bed probably will not be back at this hotel we visit every month.

Poor cleaning
Need to do a better job cleaning rooms…stepped on a piece of granola bar. Dust on towel bar and Kleenex storage box, shoe marks on pullout sofa.

Overall a very nice hotel. The whirlpool was not working which was a disappointment. One very big negative, the pillows were absolutely the worst I have ever experienced.

I booked a king bed room and they claimed they didn't have any available at check in....which I did at 3:15 pm in afternoon. I was compensated the cost down to two fill beds, but a king was what I booked.

The location of this hotel to St. Mary's is convenient. It's nice that they have cookies at night. I should have looked more closely at amenities. No kitchen supplies like plates or utensils if you bring in outside food that you would like to microwave. The walls seem a little more thick than the place we stayed last week so that was a plus. Parking is very tight but it is free. The room smelled a little midlewy but that could have been the location near the pool.

Where’s the Customer Service?
The bed was hard and I could feel the springs and the pillows were flat.
The room was stuffy. The curtains hung over the vents so the cool air went under the curtains onto the window rather than out into the room.
No hair dryer.
Front desk took my credit card but never told me there was a 20.00 hold.
No introduction to how the breakfast works and what amenities were available.

Great location for Mayo Clinic and hospital. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were nice. Beds a little too soft for us but clean. Bathroom very clean. Couch needs spot treatment and carpet a little dirty. Otherwise, I would stay here again.

IT was right at the place we needed to be for visiting at St. Mary hospital. The hotel cant do this but some of vacant bussines"s close by need cleaned up and some type of to do spots in them

Better Locations Available
Hotel was a bit further than we thought it was from Mayo Clinic. A shuttle is provided during the day but not at night. I often judge a place cleanliness by the stairwells. Theirs was not good. All other areas were fine.
