We have stayed here all 5 trips to Mayo Clinic. Super clean and friendly. Great location. Free shuttle to the clinic and back throughout the day. Lots of food choices within walking distance.

They had overbooked the property and I wasn’t informed until I checked in at 7pm the staff were very accommodating but I don’t understand how this happened. Makes me hesitant to book here again

Every part of my stay from check in to checkot was wonderful. The only issue I had, and only on 1 day was in their free parking lot. The spaces need to be a bit wider. There were plenty of spaces but so many people park incorrectly that many spaces became unparkable. I don't hold this against the hitel, just the other patrons.
