“Set up for longer stays”

The hotel was clean, the room was nice, but obviously set up for long term stays. I would highly recommend to travelers that stay for a week or more. The desk clerk was nice and considerate, even offering to call in a few minutes to make sure we had everything we needed.

“Will use everytime I visit Richmond”

The hotel was what I paid for but the hotel staff on our check in went above and beyond. A special "Thanks" to, Sterling, the hotel employee who helped me with a smile even after the 500 questions I asked. He was patient and very kind. If for no other reason I would return for the service that made me feel like I was visiting friends. Way to go Sterling!

“Very comfortable”

This hotel offers clean, spacious rooms with full kitchens. For the price, it can't be beat.

The hotel was good. It was located near my office so that helped. Room service and the hotel folks were courteous. This also has a good internet better than many other hotels. TV has very few channels and kitchen didnt have dish cleaner so we had to buy one

“Great hotel on a budget!”

We stayed after a Christmas party that was up the street from the hotel. For the price we paid it was nice. Rooms are large and have everything you need. It's not a fancy hotel but I was pleased. We are staying there again in a couple of weeks.

“Not impressed”

I wasn't expecting a luxury hotel room considering the nightly rate so I wasn't disappointed with the room itself. However, I also wasn't expecting an enormous amount of trash piled up in the hallway but that is what I got. Being in a first floor room with a window that actually opened was a little disconcerting, especially given the other clientele I witnessed when checking in.

“You get what you pay for”

No frils what so ever. Just four walls, TV and a bed; shampoo is $2 extra (from the vending machine). If you are on a tight budget trying to squeeze every penny, then this is the place.

“The Price is Right”

This hotel is not glamorous, but it is inexpensive and the staff was extremely friendly and professional.
