The hotel’s restaurants offer a great dining experience, from the modern Bellpepper restaurant that serves international and modern cuisine to the M-Lounge & Bar with its comfort food and classic cuisine. A theatrical show kitchen with a wood-burning oven is the main feature of the Bellpepper restaurant and the interaction between guests, the Chef and his team contributes to this unique atmosphere.
Please note that the Bellpepper Restaurant will be closed from 2 January to 10 February 2012 due to renovation works. During this period, dine in the beautiful Fort Malakoff, which is integrated into the modern hotel complex. We will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner at the usual times. However, our Sunday champagne brunch and evening sushi will not be offered in the renovation phase. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to your visit!

“Excellent Hotel”
This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff were wonderful, the room was very nice, especially the bathroom, and the lobby was impressive. If I had to make a complaint it would be that there was only one internet computer to use for the entire hotel, but it was free. I decided not to bring my laptop with me on the trip, but that won't happen again.
