“Great location / very clean hotel”

Great hotel in an awesome town!! Clean rooms, very friendly, english speaking staff. The location cant be beat. Walking distance to all of the sights, shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend.

“Million dollar view!”

We had a beautiful room overlooking the Neckar River. It was a million dollar view. The room was large and clean. The room looked exactly like the picture in the advertisement. The bathroom was small by American standards but normal for Germany. The bed was very comfortable. We had breakfast each morning at the hotel. It was served in the rustic stone basement. Even though it was in the basement it was bright and cheerful. The food was very good. We spent 2 nights of our vacation at another hotel, The Ritter, simply because it was the oldest hotel in Heidelberg. Wish we had spent all of our time at the Marstall as it was much nicer.

“Nice location for most travelers”

Nice location in the heart of old town. Clean room, kind service; but the rate is bit high for the level of accommodation. Quite far from parking lots, so don't forget to check the distance from the parking lot before making reservation (if you're traveling on car).
