We paid Expedia for an additional guest, only to be charged again at checkout by the hotel who indicated that "the extra person fee is something charged by the hotel, not Expedia", despite a detailed invoice showing it had been paid. "The MANAGER was fantastic as he new all the local news.Cable car times, ferries running or not plus what time the Giro dITALIA would ride past the hotel. The beds were brillant and rooms very clean.
