Staff all around is friendly Breakfast Buffett not included but amazingly tasty and good. They will serve you anything not on the food bar Dinner is also excellent Took filet mignon and heart of filet All excellent

Man o man where do I start with this property the location is not waking distance to anything , the property it self is well taken care of but I’m going to say management does a horrible job here, room in front of me was having a party but ours got blamed for smoking Worst was being locked out of the room and No one on site could get in, they saw it as a joke and more of an annoyance that I couldn’t get in my room at midnight I’ve been in Querétaro for about a week now jumping from hotel to hotel and this by far has been the worst

There are many kinds of foods and deliciouse for Breakfast. I used to stay so many times with Hotel Mirage several years ago and I'm grad that they are keeping good quality of foods and service.

In general is goid except couple things on the restaurant, i ask for decaffeinated and they serve me regular coffee laying to me i couldn't sleep the whole night and i missed a dentist and a business appointments, the other was we were watching a game on the tv for more than hr and change because a couple arrives and ask them to change Chanel so we ask them to let us keep watching the game and they lied to us saying that the couple was before, that's wasn't the truth because we were watching for more than 2 hours that game, they are lieyers
