Great small hotel. All has been remodeled to high quality materials. Was only 5 minute walk to historic center. Desk agent was super nice and helpful. Wouid definitely stay there again!

Small, clean and nice hotel, friendly staff, they offered me as free breakfast fruit, cereal and juice! Hotel that takes care of all details in the property, well maintained. Easy to park in front there is an outsourced parking, only advice, if you are going to arrive late make sure hotel pass through the message because parking lot close the gate.

The hotel, delightfully surprising, was very good. Well designed. Good provisions. Quiet save for the whistle blow in the middle of the night—and who couldn’t use one of those? The front desk was helpful and directed us to terrific restaurants. The hotel is not too far from on ‘on foot’ venture into the more prominent historic-district areas in Q. A hot bath was exceptional. Nice roof terrace. Safe, Parking immediately across the street for $9/night.

My stay at the boutique hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional customer service. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I could ask for. The hotel's location was perfect at the center. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable, offering recommendations for places to visit and ensuring I had everything I needed. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was included in my stay, with a variety of options to choose from. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the boutique hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay. I can't wait to visit again in the future!

Pesimo hotel!

El hotel estaba cerrado a la hora de llegada de la persona que se quedaria ahi, estuvo esperando mas de una hora, se marco al telefono del hotel y nadie contestaba, tuve que mover a mi huesped al Señorial (mismo que reserve con la pagina de hoteles porque no se podia quedar en la calle. Necesito revisar como puedo tener la devolucion de mi dinero de este hotel por el pesimo servicio, hasta en la noche se comunicaron conmigo y despues de explicarles lo que ocurrio se limitaron a decir que si entonces ya no nos hospedariamos ahi esa noche. Cero actitud de servicio para el problema ocasionado por ellos.

Un lugar tranquilo y elegante para descansar, la habitación tiene frigobar y cafetera que no utilizamos, buena decoración. Solo el detalle que no tiene suficientes artículos de limpieza personal como shampoo y jabón. Las escaleras rechinan un poco.

Solo estuvimos un día, el hotel es lindo solo la observación de que se sale toda el agua de la regadera(cabezal) y de la puerta de vidrio que es muy muy pequeña

Excelente lugar muy bonito y cómodo solo un pero que le hace falta tener ventanas que obstruyan el sonido ya si se escucha mucho el ruido de la calle, pero de ahí en fuera todo estuvo excelente.

Más enfocados en la decoración que en el servicio

El servicio es muy deficiente, no había gente atendiendo si algo se necesita y no contestan rápído ni por Whatsapp. No asearon la habitación en 2 de 3 días de estancia, no dejaron toallas limpias. El diseño del baño y la tina permite que el agua corra por fuera y se inunde. El costo del estacionamiento es por separado y eso no se avisa en ninguna parte. La cama es cómoda, el frigobar es muy útil, la distribución del cuarto es funcional.

La atención fue nula, si no llegas antes de las 5:00 de la tarde nadie te recibe, sólo te mandan un video de cómo ingresar, te dicen que te responden mensajes las 24 hrs pero no fue así , nunca me respondieron, te cobran aparte el estacionamiento y el desayuno únicamente es fruta y café y lo sirven a partir de las 9:00 , si quieres desayunar mas temprano tienes que esperarte. La secadora no servia y una de las toallas estaba sucia con manchas. La ducha tiene media pared de cristal y cuando te bañas el agua salpica todo el piso de afuera, se vuelve peligroso. No volvería a hospedarme ahí.
