"Check in was running an hour late. Room was clean but bathroom needs an upgrade. Spa unavailable as booked. Staff friendly but couldn't really help with the one of the rooms being unavailable at the check in time. Valet was busy so make sure you're not in a hurry for your vehicle"

"All was great. No complains. My friends and I were able to check in without much issues. We could see the mountain right outside our window when we woke up. Close drive to famous fergburger too, and we were able to get them to microwave our overnight food even though they didn't have an oven. Clean too, and we were able to check out with no hassle."

"Room was big enough, comfy bed and black out curtains which is needed with the carpark right in front. The thing that let down for us was lack of any heating in the bathroom, shower didn’t get very hot, restaurant lacked atmosphere. Overall a fine stay, but I would consider slightly over priced especially with the lack of views compared to other places and ongoing construction."
