“It Is All About The Service”
Service at this hotel is superior in all aspects. Breakfast buffet has many food choices, The Tuscany has great food and the service is the best! Security people are always visible and helpful. All the staff aim to please!!! The neighborhood is safe and comfortable to walk around. All kinds of small shops are near to the hotel. The bus stop is right out the door. This was our 2nd time to visit in December. Old San Juan is a beautiful place to walk, shop and eat very good food.
“Puerto Rico Trip”
We had a great time. Very comfortable stay. Expensive parking. Was being remodeled during our stay.
“Nice hotel”
The hotel was in the middle of renovating the lobby, but they were finishing just as I was leaving, and it looked very nice. The location was great for going to the beach because you can just walk out the back of the hotel, straight onto the beach. The hotel was clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. You have to take a cab to get to Old San Juan, but that is the decision that you have to make when staying in San Juan-whether to get a hotel on the beach or one located in the Old town. The gym was the best hotel gym that I have ever used before. This is a big statement because I always make sure to have a gym in any hotel that I stay in so I have used many hotel gyms. I would stay at this hotel again if I return to San Juan.
“Loved our First trip to San Juan.”
My wife & I stayed at the Marriot in San Juan in mid Nov. We loved it. Hotel was very nice. Too bad the lobby renovation wasn't finished. Seems it'll be another month for that. We manley stayed at the pool each day. Nice pool bar and pool. Got a little crowded on Sunday. But Monday and Tuesday there weren't many people around. Of course you have to go down early to reserve your lounge chair for the day. Every hotel is the same. I suggest around 8am to get your spot. We ate dinner at an Italian & Mexican restaurant down the street a few times. We enjoyed the Mexican much more! Had our last meal in the hotel at the Italian place. I must say it was one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had. I eat a TON of pasta. I was very happily surprised. We got lucky with the weather. It was perfect!! Starbucks right outside hotel is very nice. Not to mention the Walgreens just down the street.
“Great place , Great beaches, Great shopping and Eating”
Great location. The pool and beach are so clean. The staff is very friendly. We have stayed here before and will continue staying here when we vacation in P.R
“Staff takes you for granted”
This was a favorite hotel of mine. The staff now treats you like a number! Next!
“Very good location for Beach access”
We like Marriott Stellaris. Very convenient for beach access, and walkable distance to several variety authentic local food. Casino is good for evening time pass with live band. This place is definitely worth if you do not have already a place in PR.
“Great!”
The best hotel in Puerto Rico!
“Wonderful resort!”
Had an enjoyable time. Very friendly and curteous staff. Always cleaned our room in a timely manner. Beach was always clean and beach staff always ready to help you.
“Loved location”
This was a great hotel...very clean, friendly and ideally located 10 minutes from A/P and approx 30 minute walk to Old San Juan. Great beach with no problem getting chairs/umbrella. Pool area a little shady if you love the sun...just had to plan where to sit for maximum sun. Food was terrific..Restaurant Tuscany was fabulous! We will definitely come back!
