great space for a short stay

great place to stay , especially right before a cruise. Glad we were in the hustle and bustle of Old San Juan. Very clean space and host was very responsive and kind!

Fun night in old San Juan

We had a wonderful day. The location is perfect. Right in the heart of all the fun nightlife. Check-in was easy and the room was clean and comfortable.

Great location!

Nice location with a lot of places to visit walking distance ! Clean, definitely not ussual apartments just 1 tiny room but great price ,looks like most places in Old San Juan are like that because of the old 19th century buildings! Thanks!

Perfect location! Convenient to walk around the old town, close to everything in that area. Perfect for a 1 or 2 night stay. The host was super clear with instructions. The only thing is that parking is hard to find during the day. So you have to plan that ahead or accommodate your daily plans taking that into account.

I liked that the property was near the beach and eating places. I did not like that my room was on 3rd floor with steep stairs; no elevators which meant I had to carry my suitcases. Strained my back.

Convenient stay in the middle of vibrant nightlife

The first picture pretty much summarizes the room: it has a bed, a desk & mini fridge (2nd pic), and a small bathroom with shower en suite. There is also a small alcove with space for suitcase and clothes hangers. Be aware: This unit is a third-floor walkup. I have knee issues, so this was a bit of a challenge for me. There are no windows in the room, but the AC provides enough ambient glow so it's not pitch-black. The bed was super comfy and I got a good night's sleep. As mentioned in the title, the location is smack-dab in the middle of an area with lots of nightlife. While this is super convenient and a lot of fun, it can get noisy overnight. The AC provided enough white noise that I didn't need to use the earplugs provided. The shower has great pressure (though it spits at ya like it's holding a grudge), and the provided towel was luxurious! Ingrid was a fantastic host—extremely helpful and communicative. Next time I stay (and there *will be* a next time), I will choose a room on a lower floor. Thank you for the welcoming stay.

Great Spot

This was a great place to stay! It’s really close to most of Old San Juan and cool nightlife. Ingrid was super helpful and it was overall super clean and comfortable. Quick note: there are no windows in this specific room, but it’s still a great place to stay for a few days!

Smack in Old San Juan

Within walking distance of a lot. Although the neighborhood is noisy and touristy, with a vibrant nightlife, the room was well soundproofed. Ear plugs are provided but I didn’t need them. However, there’s no window in the room and a side lamp is absolutely needed. There’s only one very bright naked lightbulb in the entire room.
