"The hotel is beautiful and has a privileged view and location, unfortunately the hotel is a little bit run down, service is good as the staff is very friendly but it feels like they are missing more staff and sometimes things take to long to arrive.
The only real issue I had was the food, the quality was terrible and taste was subpar. I had to return a ceviche trio because the fish was completely off, dry and smelly. On my last day I had the sopes with cecina and immediately had an upset stomach. Dinner at the star restaurant was far below my expectations also for a “renowned chef menu” "
