“Great Choice”
4 girls stayed in 2 rooms. We went with the Presidental Club option which was great. It wasn't much more and they had a small cereal, pastry, fruit, yogurt(I don't like yogurt, and this stuff was amazing!), and fresh fruit juice breakfast available on the 11th floor. If you don't need a big buffet breakfast, this is a great option. And they had a snack from 6-7pm with soda and some small interesting appatizers. It was fun to go to. We were there when it wasn't very busy, and we didn't ever see anbody there at the evening snack. The pool/garden area was beautiful. We didn't have any problems getting chairs to sit on. The location was great. There were a lot of great places to eat within walkin distance. Our favorite was Taco's and Beer. It was the best tacos we ate there. We even went back a second time. We didn't eat at any hotel restaurants but had the breakfast, and had nachos at the pool, and they were both good. Drinks at the hotel are expensive if you don't do all inclusive. However, if you want some drinks in your room, there is a great OXXO (convenience store) across the street that has cheep beer and liquor. There was also a "Mega" (like a walmart) grocery store within walking distance for a larger selection. One of the nice perks of our rooms was that they had turn-down service in the evening for the beds! Overall, this was a great hotel, in a great location. The only thing we would have liked was to have a refrigerator in the room.
“I would go back”
We met several visitors fom Canada who come every year. Why did they get a far better deal than us? ...we are much closer (Arizona) Overall, it was a very pleasant trip...very relaxing...weather was great...sunny and warm...got a great tan...excellent location...convenient to restaurants , shopping, etc. People were friendly. Very nice room. They said it was a suite, but it really was not. Great ocean view.
“Excellent hotel in an excellent location”
The hotel was in the heart of Acapulco and had all the amenities. The rooms were nice, all overlooking the ocean. I could not have been happier with the choice.
“Great pools and very good location”
The hotel had a continental breakfast every morning on each floor. There was coffee, fruit, ceral, yogurt, and fresh squeezed juices. The location was just about in the middle of the bay and had a great view. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
“Quality of the hotel service”
A good choice for who you like a place for relaxing en enjoying Acapulco.
“Something for everyone”
I really can't think of anything bad to say. The hotel was a great value, clean, pretty impressive overall really, especially the pools and it's location on the beach and in town. As a single 32 year old, I really couldn't have asked for anything more. Take a walk on the beach or hang out at the adults only infinity pool overlooking the ocean & palm trees while listening to really cool music. When you're done with that, go next door & grab a delicious torta, then across the street to pick up some beers for your room where you can enjoy both on your balcony with an amazing view! Later you can walk down the street to endless (cheap but good) food & drink options & if you can appreciate & would like to support some of the amazing young Latina dance talent, check out Tabares down the street...trust me, you won't be disappointed-haha!
“great place to stay, safe and comfortable”
Same as above, great place to stay :)
“Desperate to return again!!”
As this was our second visit we were hoping everything would be as wonderful as last year - we are happy to say it was better save for a few hiccups. As I said earlier the rooms had a joining door which does cause a disturbance from neighbours, next year we intend to go back to Privilege Club it seems to be worth it. Also, on the days when we had not been in room from about 10am to 6pm when we returned to get ready for dinner or similar, the room rarely was made up. The domestic annoyingly appeared when we were in the middle of showering or similar so we felt obliged to leave the room to allow it to be done. There seemed to be no explanation for this - but only a minor glitch nonetheless We spent our days at the beach or the pool when not out and about. I wish to make special mention to Miguel and Alejandro who couldn't have been more fantastic. Miguel works at the beach cabanas, and very surprisingly he remembered us from last year which made us feel very welcome and again he did not let us down. Alejandro works from he pool bar and we received the best service. So a super special thanks to these guys Tino works in front of the hotel on the beach catering for parasailing and jet ski etc, he kept us right last year about the great deal the cabanas are and this year he helped us out again. Don't ignore this man, he knows everything about the place! There had been a couple of conventions while we were there which caused us an issue but these were outwith the hotel control.
“Incredible service!!!”
The room was very clean, the staff are very freindly, checking on all the time to see if we need refills or something to eat. The best of the hotel has to offer is thei customer service. They need to work more in the front desk (more personnel) Great time and was nice to go back. Acapulco is a big city now.
“Awesome Hotel”
This hotel was awesome. The pool area, the hotel restaurant and our room were all great. The staff were all very pleasant. It has a small, but nice gym. It's on the beach and the beach view from our room was perfect. It is also in walking distance to all the night life. I would definitely return to this hotel.
