It felt as if I was a guest in their own home. - The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable and looked recently renovated. - The inn has a cozy character to it. It doesn't feel like a hotel. "Elsa's is the exact example of an "old farm house" bed and breakfast that everyone looks for. Great, off the beaten path location, serene location and sea view, and a hostess that you just want to sit with and have coffee and home made cookies. Our room was cozy, clean and quiet - great view of the thick forest behind it. "

"This is a clean, quiet hotel near Acadia National Park. The service was wonderful. The breakfast variety was very good. The only drawback of staying in the newer building is that you have to walk outside to go to breakfast and use the indoor pool/hot tub in the main building.
