“Excellent”

Such a lovely hotel. Decor magneficient, extremely clean and staff are polite and helpfull. Is situated in a very central location, with easy acces to both the old and new parts of the city. This is my second visit to the hotel and should I return to Prague, I will definately stay there again.

Highly recommended! Superb location, staff and services all excellent. Rooms huge and with everything you could possibly need. As for meals - room service was lovely and breakfast delicious with plenty of choice.

“Good Location”

Lovely hotel, great location. Perfect for sightseeing on foot. Sausages and hot wine catering van just outside hotel was ideal! Room was fantastic - good size, kingsize bed, jacuzzi bath, powerful shower & mini bar. A good selection of foods for breakfast including pancakes and omelettes made to order. Downsides of hotel - very very hard bed, l pillow, extremely hot in hotel and bedrooms, expensive drinks in bar, no tea making facilities in room. Overall though, a great hotel. Would recommend it.

“Great Location”

The location of the hotel was excellent. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The hotel had a great spa, good breakfast and the Casino and Gold Fingers Nightclub for high class entertainment.

“Lovely hotel to spend my birthday”

Hotel was lovely, staff were very friendly and service good. Enjoyed a lovely breakfast every morning and drinks late at night. Very good location.

“Very satisfied...but a few points to make”

This hotel was wonderful. The service was great, and most of the staff were really helpful and friendly. We were apparently upgraded without knowing it until we got there which was a very welcome surprise. The breakfast was delicious. There were only a couple issues that I had. One was I waited 45 minutes to have two pillows sent up that I had asked for and eventually had to call down and request them again. The other was the shower stall was incredibly tiny - the shower gel dispenser could've been put in a better place than it was. And the bed was incredibly hard.

“Good value, good location and clean”

We stayed for a week in February 2010. It was sub zero outside but the hotel was warm and comfortable. Excellent value for money. Good size, well maintained and serviced room. Great central spot for the tourist sites and the shops. Good breakfast selection. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Word of caution-there is a major building site next to the hotel so there may be some disruption.

My stay here was excellent, the staff and food in this hotel was good it was also more reasonable to eat and drink here than in the square. I would certainly recommend this hotel, an ideal location for your stay in Prague.

“Prague - July 2007”

This hotel is right in the middle of Old Town and the center of all action. It was a little noisy at night, but we loved it - hearing the music at night, the people going by, etc. The staff was very friendly and helped us with directions, questions and kept an eye out for our lost luggage ( that took 2 days to show up). I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
