“Exceptional 4 star hotel”
Very nice accomodations. About one half mile from the central area of activity but local prices around the hotel tend to be much cheaper than right in the heart. the walk to where the sites are is pleasant and safe.

“HASSLE FREE STAY IN PRAGUE”
From the moment entering until the car service picked me up, the stay was hassle free. Decent buffet breakfast, rooms clean and they even had some English speaking TV channels. Only complaint is the EXCESSIVE fee for wireless internet!
“Best business hotel in Prague”
This Sheraton has a general atmosphere of a boutique hotel, Spacious rooms, Modern clean Bathroom. We were offered at check In and accepted an upgrade to a great junior suite for 30 Euros. Great Air-Conditioning (especially during the last heat wave). Rich Breakfast buffet and decent food for decent prices at the Box Cafe. Overall BEST Value for money in Prague
“Nice hotel and helpful staff”
Overall, had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel, especially due to its friendly and helpful staff. However, i have not yet been credited my spg points and it has been 2 weeks already!!
“Not Impressed”
Firstly the hotel is not provided 5 star standard of services. No Tooth brush and No slipper in the room, I stayed for 6 days, and had to call the reception and request for it every night, no customer care. (Front Desk) Secondly not fully satisfy for the staying in sheraton. The breakfast was horrible. *Good concierge services / Thanks for the lady in concierge,great help from you
“Just fine”
The hotel was very nice. The essentials - room and bathroom comfort, condition and equipment - were what one would expect from a hotel aspiring to and receiving a 5 star rating. It suffers a bit from trying to be "trendy", rather than just a place people want to spend a few days in comfort away from home, but that is a common affliction these days. It was a bit out of the way from the areas people go to Prague to see but it was very easy to get to those areas nevertheless. There is also a very nice Italian restaurant a few minutes from the hotel which is not catering to tourists and hence has quality food and a pleasant local ambience.

It is a nice and comfortable hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Free internet service. I would stay same hotel if I go back to Prague
“Not what I expected from a Sheraton”
I stayed here a week after it opened. THis was at best a 3.5-4 star hotel, not the 5 it is rated. Luckily, being that it was newly opened, the room was clean but very small, and several things didn't work, such as the hairdryer and the "rainshower" shower head. Housekeeping come prompltly and exchange my hairdryer and we both figured out how to use the shower. My biggest complaint is the location... I know Prague well, so it was easy for me to navigate. FOr someone who has never been to Prague, they might not find it as close as the hotel says to "old square"(and what the pictures show,,, such as the Astrological Clock). Overall, it was ok, but I would probably only stay here again if it found it at an amazing price.
