“great value for money”

Very nice service, always smiled and helpful. Internet access free-of-charge in the lobby. 15 minutes by taxi from the Airport. Very good proportion of price - quality of service.

“Very happy”

Visited Prague from 15th to 22nd of September. Staying at Comfort hotel. The hotel is a little out of town but the local transport is marvelous and runs every few minutes. All night I think! I enjoyed traveling on the trams, buses and the metro. All this for a 24 hour ticket I got each day from the hotel desk. The receptionists were so helpfull with directions and I hardly got lost. As a 69 year old on my own I found everyone so polite(they still give you a seat on the trams).Breakfast was same each day but pleantifull and fresh. All in all, great place to see and nice place, as a base to see it from.

“Good value hotel - easy to access but well out of centre”

Tram 9 runs from the hotel tram stop into Wencleslas Square - trams seemed to be every 5 minutes! Same on the way back. Hotel breakfast was good on 2 days but coffee cold on one and virtually no choice on our last day! (served between 7-10 and we arrived around 8.00 every day). We had 1 evening meal which was pleasant and good value. Staff great except for the bar where they were unwilling to offer change for anything but the closest notes to the drink price. Room was basic - clean and very warm. Essentially a good value hotel very convenient for the airport. Bit far from the centre of the city for cold winter days (you can't just pop back to get changed etc) but really easy to access (journey takes about 30 mins).

“good value, convenient location”

the only issue with the hotel was that they didnt clean the room daily ... we left a sign outside the door, but it wasnt cleaned ... also toiletries run out quickly if theres 2 ppl (soap, tp) ... so daily room service is kinda helpful ... we just asked reception when we ran out of toiletries ... in terms on breakfast, i liked it altho my friend didnt ... if u like cereals n breads then ur sorted ... nice jams and spreads as well as yogurts ... but like previous reviews have mentioned, the employees seem kinda miserable in their jobs ... but i dont think that shud affect anyone's stay since ur there to see prague really ... so dont let the lack of smiles and greetings affect ur experience of this beautiful city!

“Inexpensive away from City Center”

Inexpensive hotel approx. 7-10 miles from the city center. Very close tram just out the door has you downtown in minutes. Only complaints are that the TV is to small and you can't get a cup of coffee till 7:00 am. Also if you have a car you have to pay for secure parking.

“Cheap, Comfortable Hotel in Prague Near Tram Stop”

An outstanding value located on the west side of Prague near a 24-hour tram stop. Good buffet breakfast. Good food available for lunch & dinner. Free wireless internet in lobby. Adding room air conditioners and prohibiting smoking in the lobby would be desirable improvements.

“Excellent Hotel Value in Prague”

Comfort Hotel Prague is an excellent value, located not too far from Prague International Airport and within easy walking distance from Prague public transit bus and tram stops. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and serves a nice breakfast. The front desk staff members speak very good English and several other languages. I have stayed at Comfort Hotel Prague during several visits to Prague. Needed improvements would be air conditioning in the guest rooms and a no-smoking lobby.

“Nice Hotel at Reasonable Price”

Nice hotel located near a 24-hour public tram stop. Not air conditioned. Good breakfast and food in restaurant. Free wifi in lobby (but not compatible with Vista operating system). Hotel should prohibit smoking in all public areas. Nearer to airport than most hotels in Prague (but not an airport hotel). I am a repeat customer at this hotel and recommend it highly.
