definitely be careful for fake reviews this place had a stinch of mold immediately when entering our room. Our garden view was dead and dried up plants. The staff definitely looked me over and i’m gonna be honest I truly felt cause i was black. They would break their backs to help white guest. It actually was funny cause only when word got around my party tips well did my experience change. Definitely wouldn’t recommend nor go back. The food was on and off some good days some bad days mediocre at its best. They had me in a chokehold for 3 hours trying to sell me a 30 thousand dollar plan that only gave you discounted hotels all over. And at the end gave me a 50 dollar online gift certificate. They cleaned the rooms basically when they felt like it i suppose. always at different times might come in morning might come in later afternoon who knows. but good thing they clean. Photos online are definitely old cause it didn’t look like em. it has potential if ran by the right company. No money out into for years. My ceiling was leaking in one of my rooms, and sliding door locks broken in both rooms, basically it’s outdated and ran over. and be prepared to walk a lot

El servicio fue pésimo. Nunca nos dieron las reservaciones correspondientes al inclusive. La comida mala calidad aun asi no se compara con el ma servicio al cliente. Mis padres son de la tercera edad y nunca tenian un carrito para ir por ellos. Y la zona apesta a podrido en los cuartos. Ojala que tengan cambios en el manejo del hotel porque de esa forma se quedaran sin personas que lo viciten.

One of the best customer service we've experienced in a long time. Amazing people who cared that we had an amazing vacation. The food was delicious and so many restaurants to choose from. Special Shout out to the best bartenders Jose, Andres, and Hidan! You guys are amazing and we will come soon to have some more of your amazing cocktails. You get what you pay for at this property (it's a cheap property so don't expect much). They say they are a 5 star resort. It is NOT! Maybe a 3 star. It's an older property that has not been deep cleaned or updated in many years. The pictures on the website are very well staged. I'll start with our likes...the location is only 32 minutes from Cancun so for excursions it's great. The bar staff was excellent, very friendly and efficient. Lorenzo at the swing bar and Sammy Sossa at the beach bar were our favorites! The lines could get four or five people deep but they got ya served quick! The wait staff at Jahal (breakfast and lunch buffet) were very nice. The balcony on our room was nice, but there was no garden to look at, it was an area where they had stacked fallen palms and the smell was horrible (something had definitely died out there). The rooms were basic but that didn't really bother my family we planned on spending our time on the beach or pool. The beds are extremely hard! Like concrete hard so if you like a soft bed you might want to talk to the front desk when you check in, we had two rooms and both beds were hard. The showers are very nice, great water pressure! The entertainment staff were alot of fun by the pool. They played a few games and had a small "dance" party. The things we did not like...the food is below mediocre! Fresh fruit and vegetables were the best! Nothing authentic to the area. Specialty dinners were a joke!
