“will go back”

the hotel has 3 sections each with its own pool area, but the main pool with slides was surrounded by 3 storeys units, this is where we stayed. me, my wife and 11yr son. breakfast at either restuarants is a good selection. calzone pizza by the pool for lunch . if you want to leave the hotel, the streets out the front gate are lined with restuarnts, bars, massage and clothing and bag markets within walking distance. the hotel has a bus service to patong and a taxi fare arent that expensive.

“Fantastic hotel”

From the time we arrived our experience was fantastic , the hotel was comfortable, clean and the breakfast was fantastic . The swimming pools were really great the kids loved them. We are going back there next year

“Wonderful Resort”

Awesome I resort activities. Pool Party on thurs night is so much fun. Lagoon pool smaller thAn lead to believe in online photos. extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Great location.

“A good 4 star hotel”

Overall, a good hotel with excellent spa. Clean rooms, good restaurants and bars and beautiful territory. The only thing that could be improved is the reception staff. Their English is very limited and they were not of much help. No concierge service and nobody can actually recommend where the best restaurants or places are.

Nice hotel, Aircon could do with an upgrade and balonies need a lick of point. fantastic location overall and great service.

“Average hotel, terrible service/management”

This hotel had the potential to be much better. Three of us were to share a room with two double beds, but when we arrived the hotel staff "upgraded" us to a room with two single beds and could not/did not provide us with an extra bed for the night. The "upgraded" room had old furniture, extremely hard beds, and a terrible smell of mildew, not to mention stained sheets. When we finally were able to talk to the hotel manager (several hours later, and after talking to various other managers and staff who could not help), she placed us in the room we originally booked, which I am happy to say was much better: newer furniture, more modern decor, and twice the size of the other room. The beds were still hard as a rock (it was uncomfortable to sit down or lie on them), but the room was much more acceptable. A better bet: Kata Beach Resort only 10-15 mins south.

It's not clean and some building haven't life so not comfort for children and old man.
