"The setting of Batad Pension is unbelievably beautiful. It’s worth the trek in to spend the night there and really enjoy Batad. In addition, the owner is lovely and warm, cooks lovely food, and goes out of her way to be helpful to her visitors. I highly recommend Batad Pension and Restaurant"

"The room was nice & everything was working, but the property as a whole seemed somewhat neglected - it needed a fresh coat of paint and some maintenance. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but were not eager to clean my room - still, they provided fresh towels and bedding when requested. Breakfast was simple but tasty. The location was a bit outside the main tourist area."

"Toiletries etc are not in room, mouse in room, the room requires updating lots of old linen bed etc, very poor condition, relatively cheap. Surrounding area full of bad manner children always demanding money. "

The water smelt terrible and I didn’t even want to wash my hands with it. When providing the check in review, whoever is running their expose account has the audacity to blame the poor smell on me! Whoever is running their account needs to do a much better job properly representing the location and should learn some...

"This place is so dirty. A cockroaches is wondering on my room,, toilet is not cleaned. Ceilings has cobweeb. Air-conditioned not working properly. Wont ever back to this place again. Customer service is so unprofessional"
