We stayed at Banyan Tree and Lotte Hotel also. This hotel is is better than both.

The hotel is in a very good location for the shopping areas where its a walking distance. The hotel staff was really nice and helpful too. I would go back and stay there.

We stayed at Ramada Hotel & for 3 nights and could not have been more happy. The staff were so helpful and friendly, everyone spoke excellent English, the room was very clean and comfortable and had everything you could need or want. The hotel also is on a direct bus service from the airport and is very conveniently located to the MRT and all of the sights. Free wifi is available in the lobby or you can pay for it in your room. We found the lobby was fine for our needs. There also is a coffee bean in the lobby and convenience stores nearby. Overall a great hotel, in a very conveient location. Would stay there again .

This is our 2nd time to stay in three month and always comfortable to come back.

It is a very clean hotel with all the necessities. The rooms are very tiny and are similar to business hotel rooms in Japan. I would select it again if my stay is only for a day. For two or more days, I would pick one with bigger size rooms.

Great hotel, prefect location, right above metro statement. Staff are helpful and friendly. for this kinda price, Its a nice hotel to stay in. the room isnt big, but its enough for two of us.

the hotel view looking out to the ocean was really fantastic. the room was quite spacious for two adults and a son. the hotel itself is grand and lots of parking space (we rented a car). the staff were all very friendly and helpful. when we checked in, the person at the reception gave us a room with the ocean view. the location of the hotel is convenient, at least for someone with a rented car. during our 3 nights stay, we had breakfast only once at the hotel. contrary to some feedback, we found that the breakfast was good, with enough choices (western and korean). worth the 25K wons per person. the best thing we found about hyatt jeju is the surrounding scenery - great scenery of the ocean, the beach and the cliffs. close to other resorts; within walking distances. definitely recommend this to others.

A fantastic destinational resort. We were pleasantly suprised in general, the resort had lovely grounds and bonus extras like access to a beach house and poolside sauna. Mini bar prices were reasonable and the same was true in general for the restaurants (relatively speaking). A couple of items in e room were marginally tired but nothing of significance to deter from the enjoyment of the facilities. Not much English translation throughout although the staff spoke English well and the key points were all in English. A fantastic honeymoon destination or for those in need of some relaxation.
