“Excellent value for money”
Excellent location close to CBD (blue CAT bus stop outside. Efficient check in. Safe and secure underground allocated car parking. Immaculately presented accommodation. Good facilities including pools, tennis courts and gym. On site restaurant providing simple, honest and well-priced food. Would recommend and will definitely be using again.

“Adequate for our needs”
The apartments were very clean and comfortable. The only drawback was the distance from restaurants and cafes. In the evenings it was necessary to take a taxi back to the accommodation.

Mounts Bay Waters Apartments is the only way to go in Perth. The location is fabulous, bus stop right in front that will take you to the Esplanade where you can catch the train or bus to about anywhere easily. The reception staff are great. Nicest, most accomodating people we've met. The apartment is comfortable, very quiet, clean and well equipped. If anything was needed (from different cooking pans to suggestions for dinner) the receptionist on duty was very willing to help. The dining room in the lobby was more than helpful in providing services and filling our needs. There is a small convenience store located right by the apartment. We will definitely return!
“Not impressed”
Based on the online reviews, we had high expectation of this hotel. However, we were disappointed immediately upon check-in; front-desk people were quite cold and impolite. When we got to our room, the kitchen and bathroom floors were extremely filthy, as if they had not been cleaned in months. My wife wiped the floor with wet wipes and they came up black! some of the cups were dirty and our room door was left open by house cleaning staff one day! They also did not bother to supply coffee sugar on the second last day.
“Great Location”
Extremely good location right next to Kings Park and only 3 min walk to city or the river. Was a little dissappointed in the reception staff they were not friendly at all and rather cold. Room was very nice with all the kitchen facilities you need when travelling with a child.
“Fine Place to Stay”
For some reason they took a while to find my booking when I checked in but it only took about 10 minutes to get everything sorted. This is a great place to stay especially if you are attending an event at the Convention Centre - just a 5 minute walk. And King's Park is just up Jacob's Ladder if you're prepared to climb the steps!
“Would return again”
Better value than hotels of the same category, with self catering facilities, a pool, access to a restaurant and room service and daily housekeeping. The spare bed we needed was there on arrival. The location is good walking distance to the city centre with a free city bus outside the door. No airconditioner in bedroom, only main livng area, so could be a problem on a very hot night - leaving the windows open is not really an option because of outside traffic and high density living noises.
